York would be lying if he said he wasn't surprised that Delta had called him so soon to arrange to meet up again. That's three times in the last two weeks the man has called for company despite his insistence that he's a busy guy. Not that York's complaining, he enjoys Delta's company more each time they see each other, but he is surprised.

He's on time. Well, Delta seems to be making the effort, the least he can do is return the favor. Once he's inside, he removes his helmet and looks around. Common Ground is a good place, he's enjoyed it's coffee and food a fair few times, and of course it has the delicious, rich scent that comes with any good coffee shop.

Spotting Delta, he weaves through the tables towards him and sits down in the chair on the other side of the table, smiling. 'Hey there.'

'Why not? And if you say you're too old, I'm going to tell you about all the times I've caught my teammates curled up with the cats.'

"I'm too old," Delta agrees. Makes sense, right? It's just wrong.

'Nope.' He boops him again and grins at the resulting expression. Definitely adorable.

"Stop," Delta actually whines a little. Why does he keep doing that?

he huffs, but obeys, instead snuggling Delta again.

"Thanks," Delta says softly, closing his eyes again. "I don't get why you do that, though."

'Because I think it's cute and funny,' he says, settling down with his boyfriend (he hopes) in his arms.

"Mind if I just... nodd off for a moment?" Delta asks softly. Please say yes. He just wants to relax.

'That's fine,' he says. 'Do you want to sleep here or use the bed upstairs?'

"Here," Delta insists. He wants to just be close and have York there."

'You got it. Comfy?' He shifts, preparing to stay here for a while.

"You aren't so bad," Delta laughs. "Not so bad at all."

'Thanks,' he chuckles. 'You're pretty awesome yourself.'

"Nah," Delta whispers, really letting himself relax and start to nod off. "You are."

'Both of us,' he says quietly. 'Sleep well, D.'
