York would be lying if he said he wasn't surprised that Delta had called him so soon to arrange to meet up again. That's three times in the last two weeks the man has called for company despite his insistence that he's a busy guy. Not that York's complaining, he enjoys Delta's company more each time they see each other, but he is surprised.

He's on time. Well, Delta seems to be making the effort, the least he can do is return the favor. Once he's inside, he removes his helmet and looks around. Common Ground is a good place, he's enjoyed it's coffee and food a fair few times, and of course it has the delicious, rich scent that comes with any good coffee shop.

Spotting Delta, he weaves through the tables towards him and sits down in the chair on the other side of the table, smiling. 'Hey there.'

Delta nodded. "He told me... It doesn't matter what he told me."

'Are you sure?' This whole thing matters.

"Yes," Delta sighs, sitting up and taking his juice to sip. "TRust me. It's very clear what my place is.

York grits his teeth. If Omega's going to be around base and York bumps into him, he's going to have a few things to say to the asshole.

Delta sighs and just focuses on his drink, playing with the cup in his hands. "I don't even know why I tried. I don't like accounting, you know."

York absently sips his lemonade, but he's more focused on the issue. 'He's the stubbornw type, I take it.'

"Quite. I was trying to help. That was my place, helping him. For what?"

Delta shakes his head and almost wishes he had the alcohol. "Now I'm still a semester short of graduating with a degree in something I hate, which was a waste of time, and I don't... there's just nothing FOR me."

'Do you want to do the semester, or are you just gonna stop?' he asks. He wishes he knew what to do better. 'Are there any other skills you could turn to? It's not too late y'know.'

"I manage money, I cook, I clean, I take care of children," Delta sighs. "At the point the only thing I can do is finish the degree because it's all I have."

York doesn't suggest either child-care or paid house-cleaner, because that's all he can think of for the moment.

'So do you want a place close to the uni?'

What? Oh. Bitchfest over. Delta takes a deep breath to relax himself.

"Somewhere between the university and my home would be optimal. Though I suppose near the campus isn't important. I take online classes."

'I don't know where your house is, so I can find a few and then you choose which one works for you?' All he knows is that they live near the park, but the park is oretty damn big.

"I could give you a rough location of where I live, if that helps," Delta suggests. Maybe things would be easier if he did that.

'if you're comfortable doing that, it would be very helpfull,' he says, nodding.

"I'll send you a map when I put my helmet back one," Delta offers, sipping hat his drink once again.

'Sure. Not sure how long it will take to find you a place, but I'll see what I can do.' He swirls his lemonade, watching it form a mini whirlpool in the glass.
